Manpower Croatia, on behalf of its client Stanley Black & Decker, world's largest manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware, is looking for a reliable and proactive individual for the position of Technical Sales Support Specialist.
Description
- Location: fieldwork Croatia & Slovenia
- User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users by troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and addressing user concerns.
- Training: Conduct training sessions to help users understand and utilize tools effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users to identify pain points and suggest improvements to the product development teams.
- Testing: Test new tools or support testing with user to ensure they are user-friendly and meet the needs of the end-users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address user needs and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the tools and accessories.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to users.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues.
- Patience and Empathy: A user-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for all end-users.
- Training Abilities: Experience in conducting workshops or one-on-one training sessions.
