Manpower Croatia, on behalf of its Client in retail industry, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Marketing Specialist.
Description
- Coordination and execution of marketing activities
- Management of digital channels (social media, websites, newsletters)
- Coordination and management of external agencies (brief preparation, performance monitoring, and reporting)
- Operational management of the mobile application and related marketing campaigns
- Management of the loyalty program and gift card program
- Coordination of communication with leasing
- Planning, organization, and execution of events and marketing campaigns
- Participation in the development of marketing strategies
- Preparation of reports, performance analysis, administration and support to the Marketing Department
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail marketing
- Experience in digital marketing and content management - is a plus
- Experience working with marketing agencies and managing integrated marketing campaigns - is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance analysis
