Manpower Croatia, on behalf of its Client in retail industry, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Marketing Specialist.

Description

Coordination and execution of marketing activities
Management of digital channels (social media, websites, newsletters)
Coordination and management of external agencies (brief preparation, performance monitoring, and reporting)
Operational management of the mobile application and related marketing campaigns
Management of the loyalty program and gift card program
Coordination of communication with leasing
Planning, organization, and execution of events and marketing campaigns
Participation in the development of marketing strategies
Preparation of reports, performance analysis, administration and support to the Marketing Department

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail marketing
Experience in digital marketing and content management - is a plus
Experience working with marketing agencies and managing integrated marketing campaigns - is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance analysis
