On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading partner for sustainable construction, we are looking for a Process and Product Industrialization Engineer to join their team in Rijeka. The selected candidate will play a key role in transforming design concepts into efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective industrialized products and solutions across the Group.

Description

Main Responsibilities- Ensure the industrial feasibility of new products in collaboration with R&D and Innovation teams.- Define, update, and optimize the Bill of Materials (BOM), reducing costs while maintaining quality.- Develop coding systems for product components and integrate them into ERP systems for improved traceability.-Coordinate the transition from prototyping to mass production, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.-Continuously improve production processes by introducing new technologies and optimizing efficiency.-Collaborate with suppliers and partners in the selection of materials and technologies.-Provide technical support to production and prepare industrial documentation (production methods, packaging, etc.).

Requirements

What we are looking for:- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).- Knowledge of production techniques, material transformation, and CAD (2D/3D).- Familiarity with quality and safety standards.- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.- Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.- Fluency in English (knowledge of Italian is considered a strong plus).
