German Speaking Customer Support Specialist (m/f) 

Responsibilities:
  •  handle daily enquiries with customers (native speakers) via phone call, email or chat
  •  ensure that all enquiries are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
  •  maintain high customer satisfaction
  •  document all information according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements and skills:
  •  excellent German (level C1) both spoken and written
  •  exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  •  positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer services and customer needs
  •  previous customer support experience is an advantage
  •  employer can hire candidates with rights to live an work in Croatia.
