Manpower Croatia, on behalf of its Client, authorized representative and distributor of laboratory equipment, is looking for a reliable and proactive individual for the position of Medical Sales Representative.

• Location: fieldwork Croatia

Description

• Acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and increasing customer satisfaction
• Regularly visiting customers to achieve set targets and improve relationships
• Presentation and promotion of medical products in the field of laboratory diagnostics at client locations
• Participation in and organization of professional meetings, workshops and congress events
• Teamwork with the sales and service departments to resolve complaints
• Participation in training sessions outside Croatia
• Job description and area of work: fieldwork across the Republic of Croatia

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Previous experience working in a laboratory or in similar roles related to medical equipment is an advantage (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with loyalty to the employer
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel within and outside Croatia
• Category B driver’s license
