Manpower Croatia for Ericsson Nikola Tesla, regional leading ICT company and a leading exporter of software development services with nearly 3000 professionals, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Compliance Specialist.

Description

Supporting daily compliance operations through risk assessments, financial data review, third-party risk management, conflict of interest management, internal controls, and vetting processes.
Conducting reviews of third-party relationships, transactions, and business activities from a compliance, integrity, and risk perspective, assisting with contractual compliance clauses and follow up on fulfilment.
Advising and collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure alignment with compliance standards and to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
Contributing to the development of compliance framework, preparing, maintaining, and managing compliance policies, procedures, as well as records and documentation ensuring a reliable audit trail.
Collect, organize, review, and analyze information from internal systems, records, open sources, and other relevant data sets.
Identify red flags, inconsistencies, indicators of potential misconduct, and control weaknesses, through structured review and analysis.
Assisting with support and tracking of remediation plans and corrective actions arising from audits, investigations, or risk assessments. Translate findings into practical recommendations for risk mitigation and control enhancement.
Promoting compliance awareness through onboarding materials, training, presentations, and internal communications, ensuring that teams understand their responsibilities.
