Marketing Specialist

Manpower Croatia is looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Specialist to plan, support and execute our marketing activities. This role is ideal for a mid-level marketing professional with strong digital skills who is eager to take ownership of local campaigns while working closely with regional teams.

Opis

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, paid ads, email).
• Manage and grow Manpower Croatia’s social media presence, including content creation and scheduling.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies and internal stakeholders on both local and regional projects.
• Support employer branding, PR initiatives, and event organization (job fairs, client events).
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring consistency with global and regional guidelines.
• Track and report marketing performance (traffic, leads, conversions) using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for sales and business development teams.

• Experience with email marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads / SEM campaigns

Zahtjevi

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
• Knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools), Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
