Short Description
 Manpower Croatia is looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Specialist to plan, support and execute our marketing activities. This role is ideal for a mid-level marketing professional with strong digital skills who is eager to take ownership of local campaigns while working closely with regional teams.
Description
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, paid ads, email).
 - Manage and grow Manpower Croatia’s social media presence, including content creation and scheduling.
 - Coordinate with designers, agencies and internal stakeholders on both local and regional projects.
 - Support employer branding, PR initiatives, and event organization (job fairs, client events).
 - Maintain and update website content, ensuring consistency with global and regional guidelines.
 - Track and report marketing performance (traffic, leads, conversions) using Google Analytics and other tools.
 - Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for sales and business development teams.
 
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms.
 - Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads / SEM campaigns
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 - 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
 - Knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools), Google Analytics.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English.
 - Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
