Are you ready to bring your expertise in accounting to a dynamic and innovative team? CC Real is seeking a meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented Accountant to support the financial backbone of its leading retail property portfolio.
What will you do?
As a key part of the finance team, you’ll:
- Post bank statements and ensure accurate booking of incoming/outgoing invoices
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain the fixed assets register and calculate depreciation
- Prepare VAT reports and communicate with government institutions (Tax Office, FINA, etc.)
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures and internal reporting
- Track working hours for employees and liaise with leasing companies
- Assist in implementing new financial processes and contribute to ongoing projects
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting (hospitality sector experience is a plus)
- Minimum high school education, preferably in economics or finance
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of English (A2 level)
- A team player with integrity and initiative
- Someone who values accuracy, discretion, and thrives in a structured environment
