Manpower Croatia for Client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Business Operations Assistant (m/f).

Job description:
Digital and Printed Material Management:
- Assist with the localization and management of marketing materials for all brands
- Coordinate with global content teams to adapt existing materials for local use
- Participate in digital material testing and support updates to product information in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and Brand Managers
HCO Grants Administration
- Manage administrative tasks related to healthcare organization (HCO) grants, including setup, contract management, payment processing, and reporting under senior supervision
Veeva CRM System Management:
- Support the creation and management of commercial interactions in the Veeva system
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of healthcare professional (HCP) engagements to relevant authorities
- Maintain records of data consents, speaker details, and payment information, ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements
Compliance and Financial Support:
- Ensure that all HCP interactions are managed in line with compliance guidelines and local regulations
- Assist with monthly reporting of HCP-related financial data, supporting transparency and audit readiness
Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Support:
- Create and process purchase requisitions and interaction-related purchase orders, support update of Vendor Master Data
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of all commercial department commitments
Administrative Support:
- Provide backup support for reception duties, ensuring smooth operations
- Provide backup in coordinating market access activities
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in similar positions, preferably in Pharmacuetical industry
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree
- Ability to work with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and to work to tight deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken business English (C1 level)
