Manpower Croatia for client, a multinational company from the energy sector, is searching for experienced and motivated individual to fill in the position of Operations Specialist (m/f).

Opis

• Identifying private/public owners and partners for CPO, B2B and B2C business strategies
• Promoting company’s products and services
• Maintaining close relationships with existing partners and customers
• Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Contacting potential clients to establish close relationships and set up meetings
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Preparing presentations, tenders and sales displays
• Negotiating the agreements

Zahtjevi

• Bachelor’s degree
• Commercially orientated
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in similar industry (EV, auto-industry)
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Communication, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
• Capabilities to managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders in a dynamic, scheduled oriented environment
• Ability to collaborate and work within cross functional/international teams
• Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills
• Travel required
