Manpower Croatia for CC Real, a leader in commercial real estate and projects management, managing City Center one shopping centers (in Zagreb and Split) and the largest shopping center in Istria, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Senior Controlling Analyst (m/f).
Description
- Analysis of macroeconomic indicators for the purpose of business planning and quarterly reporting
- Planning and forecasting of relevant key indicators and financial positions
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc internal and external reports, identification of key trends and highlighting significant indicators
- Data collection and analysis, recognition of relations and correlations between different data sources
- Identification of the need for system development and adaptation (reports, process improvement) and testing of implemented solutions
- Identification of opportunities for improving the controlling process and proposing solutions
- Providing support during internal training
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in similar Controlling positions
- Higher education degree, preferably in Economics and Finance or Mathematics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- ERP knowledge preferred
- Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
