On Behalf of our client SEKO ROMANIA Cluj Napoca who is global company specialized in Cleaning & Hygiene, Swimming Pools and Water & Industries. We are looking for a Country Sales Manager to join their team in Croatia.

Job ObjectiveTo sell equipment by implementing company sales plan & strategies.
To meet customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company
always competitive and innovative
To persecute the give budget for the assigned area/s.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities :
- To analyze market trends, results, customers feedback and competitions
- To build and promote strong, long-lasting customers relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- To compile and analyse sales figures and propose solutions/reactions
- To create, maintain and improve an adequate level of professional and technical knowledge by attending training & workshop, reviewing publications and establishing personal network
- To develop, maintain and enlarge sales volume, product mix and selling price (according to the given pricing policy)
- To establish and expand company customer-base and ensure company strong presence within the assigned area/s
- To be able to fully report to the Area Manager
- To identity emerging/niche markets/opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- To increase business opportunities through various routes to the market
- To present sales, revenue, customers visits, expenses reports and realistic forecasts
- To prove ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- To properly serve the needs of existing customers
- To show ability to communicate (“people skills”) and create relationship
- To stay hardly focused on all the given sales targets
We are looking a sales person with technical background: a chemical or a mechanical engineer.
