Manpower Croatia for Client, one of the world's largest consumer goods companies, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of SRE Delivery & POSM Specialist.Are you looking for a dynamic and creative role in a fast-paced international environment? We're looking for a motivated SRE Delivery & POSM Specialist to join our Sales team in Zagreb. In this role, you’ll work closely with both local and Central European teams, as well as with various external agencies. Your daily tasks will involve data analysis, layout planning, and executing in-store marketing solutions – blending creativity with precision.Location: Zagreb (Buzin) - hybrid
Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to execute point-of-sale marketing projects
- Designing shelf and display layouts using a Space Planning tool
- Analyzing shopper behavior and product data to optimize planograms
- Working with design and production agencies on permanent and semi-permanent POSM materials
- Using multiple digital tools and platforms to support sales execution
- Generating insights through Power BI and Excel-based analysis
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing
- Strong Excel skills
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Power BI
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. layout creation, planogram development)
