Short Description

Manpower Croatia for Client, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Project Manager (m/f). Place of work: Zagreb, with frequent travel to project sites across Croatia and the Region

Description

Lead all construction, technical, and interior construction activities related to new venue openings and refurbishment projects
Manage interior construction projects in shopping centres and other commercial properties, from shell & core handover through commissioning and operational readiness
Coordinate contractors, specialist equipment suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare detailed project plan
Vendor management and negotiations
Perform, suggest and execute cost optimisation measures
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and overall project performance
Oversee construction quality and ensure compliance with technical documentation, health and safety requirements, and company design standards
Liaise with landlords, property management teams, architects, engineers, and other external partners
Identify and resolve construction and site-related issues while proactively managing project risks
Prepare regular project progress reports and updates for senior management

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, real-estate development, or project management
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently coordinate contractors, suppliers, and business partners
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting demanding deadlines
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Croatia and neighbouring countries
Valid Category B driving licence
Good command of English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with international suppliers and partners
