Manpower Croatia, on behalf of its client Everfun, is looking for an ideal individual for the position of Project Manager.

Description

You'll own the full project lifecycle — from the moment shell & core is handed over to the day the doors open to customers.

• Lead all construction, technical, and interior fit-out activities for new venue openings and refurbishments across commercial properties and shopping centres
• Take projects from shell & core handover through commissioning and operational readiness — on time, on budget, and on brand
• Build and manage relationships with contractors, specialist equipment suppliers, consultants, architects, engineers, and landlords — keeping everyone aligned and accountable
• Develop and own project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and performance dashboards
• Maintain uncompromising standards on construction quality, technical documentation compliance, health & safety, and company design standards
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues before they become delays — managing risk with a cool head and decisive action
• Deliver clear, concise progress reports to senior management and PE stakeholders

Requirements

•  3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, real-estate development, or project management — you've delivered physical spaces end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management skills: you can hold a room with contractors on site and boardroom presentations alike
• Highly organised and self-driven — capable of juggling multiple live projects across different locations without dropping the ball
• Comfortable on the road: you enjoy being where the work is and don't shy away from frequent regional travel
• Solid command of English (written and spoken) for engaging with international suppliers and partners
• Valid Category B driving licence
