Are you an experienced SAP CO Consultant looking for a senior role where you can shape global SAP solutions and work on international projects?On behalf of our client ANDRITZ, a global technology and engineering company delivering innovative solutions for key industries worldwide, we are looking for an experienced SAP Principal Consultant – Controlling to join the team in Croatia.

Description

Deliver high-quality SAP CO solutions and continuously improve the global SAP S/4HANA template
Harmonize and optimize controlling processes, including:
o Cost Center Accounting
o Project Costing
o Product Costing
o Profitability Analysis
o Reporting
Design and implement scalable SAP solutions through customizing
Manage complex change requests from business requirements through implementation and release
Create and review technical specifications and coordinate development activities
Support international SAP rollout projects
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the global SAP template
Coordinate and execute system, integration and acceptance testing
Conduct workshops, user training and knowledge-transfer sessions
Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and SAP experts
Mentor consulting resources and support professional development within the team

Requirements

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
5+ years of SAP CO consulting experience, preferably in an international environment
Strong expertise in:
o SAP Controlling
o Overhead Cost Controlling
o Project Costing
o Product Costing
o Profitability Analysis
o Reporting
o SAP Fiori
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA CO and SAP PS
Additional knowledge of FI, PP, MM and SD is an advantage
Experience with SAP planning, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Embedded Analytics is a plus
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP concepts and technical solutions
Experience with SAP customizing and complex change requests
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience working in international projects and multicultural teams
Fluent English
Willingness to travel for international rollout projects
