They will participate in the design, development and maintenance of complex .NET web applications, with the application of modern technologies and proven development practices. We are looking for a senior who knows how to make technical decisions independently, define the direction of development and take responsibility for the delivered solutions. We expect a high level of independence in work, the ability to analyze and solve complex problems, as well as the readiness to transfer knowledge to other team members. The ideal candidate does not expect instructions for every step – but actively participates in their design, in cooperation with the team and in accordance with business goals.
