Manpower Croatia for Kamgrad, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Construction Site Manager (m/f).

Place of work: Zagreb, all of Croatia

Job description:

• Independent management of high-rise construction sites
• Execution and documentation of contract construction - creation, implementation and monitoring of organizational, time and financial plans of the construction site
• Execution of works with own resources and with subcontractors
• Organization and control of the execution of works in terms of deadlines, quality and costs
• Maintenance of construction diary and construction book
• Calculation and control of subcontractors' calculations

Requirements:

• Certified construction site engineer (graduated civil engineer with a university degree or a civil engineer with a university degree with a passed professional exam)
• At least 5 years of work experience in managing construction sites, preferably in building construction
• Organizational skills in managing all phases of work and independence in decision-making
• Reliability, collegiality and flexibility in working with others
• Active English knowledge
• Active MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD knowledge
• Driver's licence B category
• Willingness to work in the field throughout Croatia
