Due to expansion of our internal business, we are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team on the position of HR Coordinator (m/f).
Place of work: Zagreb
Job description:
- Assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for internal new hires
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assisting with payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits programs
- Coordinating training sessions, seminars, and workshops for employees
- Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and supporting performance management procedures
- Communicating and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Preparing and submitting reports on HR activities and metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related social studies field
- At least 1 year of work experience in similar HR positions
- Advanced level of MS Office tools knowledge
- Advanced level of English knowledge (C1 level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization, punctuality and willingness to learn
