Key Account Manager

Manpower Croatia, on behalf of its client, company specializing in the production and distribution of beauty tools and accessories founded in Germany, is looking for a reliable and proactive individual for the position of Key Account Manager – Beauty industry.Location: Croatia & Slovenia (fieldwork)
What you'll do:
- Analysis and ensuring that all defined KPIs such as sales are achieved for the country area (Croatia)
- Active participation in the further development of the product range and promotions based on market and competition observation
- Acquisition of new customers in line with the agreed priorities and capacities
- Optimization of sales-related processes and procedures within the company
- Expansion of the markets in Croatia in the area of brand business and private label while ensuring the defined sales and earnings targets
- Achieve company goals such as sales and costs
- Implementation of the customer-specific sales strategy as part of the overall company planning
- Coordination of tasks and measures with the field service, category management and sales coordination, as well as ensuring correct implementation at the POS
- Responsibility for budget, sales and profit in accordance with the annual planning
- Negotiations of terms and conditions in accordance with the valid terms and conditions framework.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or any related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry
- Excellent knowledge of sales and service processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is required (C1); knowledge of German language is an advantage
- Reliability and accuracy in working with a CRM system and digital tools
