On beljhalf of our client, an international company operating in a dynamic infrastructure-driven industry is seeking a Group Controller to join its Group Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to strategic decision-making, financial planning, investment evaluation, and performance management across multiple countries.The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment, collaborating with finance and business stakeholders across the Group while supporting senior management through high-quality financial analysis and reporting.

Description

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate Group financial plans, budgets, and forecasts across multiple entities and countries
Review and challenge local financial plans to ensure consistency and alignment with Group objectives
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and shareholder reporting packages
Perform Group-level financial and business performance analyses
Coordinate pre-investment and post-investment evaluation processes
Support business case development, KPI tracking, and financial target setting
Identify risks, opportunities, and potential margin improvement initiatives
Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of FP&A tools, reporting systems, and databases
Develop and maintain reporting standards and controlling frameworks across the Group
Support investment governance processes and strategic decision-making
Ensure high-quality financial reporting and compliance with Group standards
Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on various finance and business initiatives

Requirements

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Audit, or a similar finance function
University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
Knowledge of IFRS and Group consolidation principles
Experience working in international and multi-entity environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Experience with FP&A, reporting, or consolidation tools (experience with Farseer is considered an advantage)
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team
