Short Description

Manpower Croatia for Commel, a well-known Croatian company that manufactures and sells high-quality and reliable electrical equipment and lighting solutions, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Product Manager (m/f).

Description

• Managing product price positioning across specific markets and key customers
• Managing product placement at customer locations, including assortment and shelf/display positioning
• Guiding and supporting the sales team in strengthening product positioning with customers, while maintaining close cooperation with sales representatives
• Conducting competitor analysis and monitoring their strengths, weaknesses, and market activities
• Training the sales team to better understand and effectively sell the products
• Delivering presentations to customers and business partners
• Proposing changes and improvements to existing and new product assortments based on market needs
• Through the above activities, continuously directing and supporting the sales team toward increasing sales performance and market share

Requirements

• University degree in Economics or Technical Sciences
• Excellent command of English (C1 level)
• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales positions, preferably in electrical installation materials and lighting solutions
• Strong managerial skills, with a focus on mentoring and communication abilities
• Goal-oriented, systematic and highly analytical person
• Driver's licence B category
