Short Description

Manpower Croatia for CC Real, a leader in commercial real estate and projects management, managing City Center one shopping centers (in Zagreb and Split) and the largest shopping center in Istria, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Leasing Specialist (m/f).

Description

  • Proposing, defining and creating a relevant mix of products and services for placement within commercial spaces in the shopping centers managed by the Company.
  • Independently conducting negotiations with potential tenants.
  • Creating and updating contract templates and accompanying documentation required for concluding long-term and short-term lease agreements.
  • Independently managing the contracting process for individual long-term and short-term lease agreements and coordinating with other departments.
  • Maintaining and further developing relationships with existing tenants of commercial spaces in shopping centers managed by the Company.
  • Participating in and supporting the preparation of the annual revenue plan generated from leasing commercial spaces in shopping centers managed by the Company.
  • Performing administrative tasks related to the position, particularly maintaining records of tenants in the commercial spaces of the shopping centers managed by the Company.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience in similar Administrative or Sales positions
  • Higher education degree, preferably in Economics and Finance
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
  • Advanced communication skills, with a passion for administrative work and attention to details
