Manpower Croatia for Viciunai HR, branch company of one of the largest and strongest surimi product manufacturers in the world, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Key Account Manager (m/f).

Description

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients within the target market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand and meet the needs and requirements of the customers.
  • Develop and implement activities, negotiate contracts to increase sales and profitability.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Represent the company professionally and consistently at all assigned trade exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (preferably in Economics and Business)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably with large clients
  • Relevant work experience in FMCG industry (preferably food) will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Expertise in business negotiation and professional representation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge in English
  • Valid B category driver's licence
