Manpower Croatia for Client, a well-known FMCG Company, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Regional Sales Manager – South Region (m/f).

Description

  • Managing and overseeing all sales channels in the Southern region
  • Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets in the region
  • Monitoring weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance and proposing corrective actions based on results
  • Planning and controlling costs across all sales channels in the Southern region
  • Negotiating and contracting business partnerships with existing and potential customers/partners
  • Achieving agreed sales plans with key accounts in the assigned region
  • Organizing the work of sales representatives and ensuring compliance with corporate product assortment standards
  • Approving product deliveries and taking responsibility for receivables collection within the scope of responsibility
  • Implementing and rolling out new projects in the market
  • Monitoring competitor activities and market trends
  • Managing and coordinating cooperation between the market, sales, and service departments
  • Leading, monitoring performance, and developing the entire regional sales team

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (preferably in Economics and Business)
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar positions
  • Relevant work experience in Retail or HoReCa industry will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Experience in team leadership, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid B category driver's licence
