Since 2016, we have acquired 84 companies and created multiple business verticals, including Business Process and Technology Outsourcing (BPTO), HR, and Food.

Description

• Planning, executing, and reporting on internal audit engagements in accordance with the approved annual audit plan and professional standards.
• Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across business units.
• Identifying control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and providing practical recommendations.
• Preparing clear, concise, and well-documented audit work papers and reports.
• Following up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Supporting the development of the audit plan through risk assessment and data analysis.
• Communicating audit findings and recommendations to management in a constructive and professional manner.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of work experience in similar positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
• Understanding of IT controls, system processes, and data security principles
• Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
