Due to an expansion of our business, we are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team on the position of Sales Representative (m/f).
Description
- Making sales through structured telephone sales approach
- Developing and managing ongoing Client relationships
- Understanding and matching the needs of our Clients by providing quality tailor-made services
- Client visits – identify and follow-up business leads
- Writing proposal documents and tenders, negotiating fees and rates
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Providing market knowledge and advice to Clients
- Build and document sales activities and manage sales pipeline in CRM
- Coordinate with the Delivery team to increase projects success and Client’s satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on brainstorming marketing strategies
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in similar B2B sales positions
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
- Ability to build relationships, interact sensitively, use effective networks
- „Out of the box” approach
- Communication, planning, organizational and negotiation skills
- Driving license B category
