Our client is the largest independent business process technology outsourcing company in Southeast Europe. We are seeking for a passionate customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of: 

Responsibilities:

handle daily enquiries with customers (native speakers) via phone call, email or chat
helping customers with delivery, returns, payments and a lot more
ensure that all enquiries are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
maintain high customer satisfaction
document all information according to standard operating procedures.


Requirements and skills:

excellent French (level C1) both spoken and written
willingness to work in different shifts (including night shifts)
exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer services and customer needs
previous customer support experience is an advantage
employer can hire candidates with rights to live an work in Croatia.


What do we offer you?

welcome bonus: gross 200 EUR paid in three monthly installments (depending on the project)
competitive salary plus monthly bonus

working hours: full time/part time (24h, 36h, FT per week)
employment contract: fixed-term, student employment agreement (6,20 EUR per hour)
location: Zagreb office or 100% work from home
