Manpower Croatia for Client, a well-known regional energy sector company, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Marketing Manager (m/f).
Description
- Develop, localize, and execute the annual marketing plan for the Croatian market in alignment with the Group marketing strategy
- Coordinate and implement integrated marketing, trade marketing, digital marketing, CRM, customer experience (CEX), and communication activities
- Manage local social media channels and content execution
- Plan, monitor, and optimize the local marketing budget, ensuring investments deliver measurable business impact
- Ensure consistent brand implementation while adapting communications to local market needs
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns, media buying, content marketing initiatives, social media activities, sponsorship activations, and local partnerships
- Drive CRM and loyalty initiatives, customer segmentation, personalized communications, and customer lifetime value growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, campaign performance, and business KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for optimization
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, productivity, and decision-making
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Marketing, Economics and Business, or similar field
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in similar positions, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Energy sector
- Advanced English language knowledge (C1 level)
- Advanced MS Office tools knowledge
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, taking initiatives
- Adaptability, curiosity and eager to embrace new technologies, including AI
