Manpower Croatia for Client, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Financial Controller (m/f).
Description
- Preparation and independent development of annual and monthly internal financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, overhead costs, investments, work in progress)
- Participation in the preparation of strategic, business, and financial plans
- Development and maintenance of standardized reporting models
- Preparation of financial planning and forecasting models
- Support in collecting and processing ESG-related data
- Monitoring project realization and financial performance
- Participation in the development of internal policies, procedures, and business guidelines
- Control of product cost calculations and oversight of new product implementation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in similar roles
- Good command of English (B1-B2 level)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting reports
- Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage
