Data Mining Scientist
- Collaborate with process owners to build data-driven solutions that deliver added value and streamline processes.
- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, analyses, reports, and ETL processes for internal business customers.
- Collect business requirements, consult on data preparation and representation, and support interpretation and root cause analysis of results.
- Identify relevant process KPIs and support process improvement projects.
- Ensure data governance, including user access and permission concepts, data integrity, and system operation (support, troubleshooting).
- Apply data analysis, advanced statistics, and machine learning techniques to extract valuable business insights.
- Provide end-user support, training, and ongoing system administration.
- Actively contributes to team discussions and foster positive relationships with business functions.
- Build and manage positive relationships with business functions to support a wider understanding and implementation of process mining techniques and its benefits.
