Job description:
• Participating in the internal coordination between the marketing and sales departments in order to develop BTL concepts in the markets of the Adria region with a focus on the physical availability of company’s brands
• Participating in the development of Category management projects as one of the key sales arguments for the development of the category at the customer/retailer
• Proposing an annual plan of shopper marketing initiatives in cooperation with marketing and sales departments and is responsible for its implementation
• Participating in the operational implementation of sales campaigns aimed at the consumer/shopper
• Analyzing sales results, and supporting Key Account Management in the preparation of sales arguments for customers and the preparation of sales documentation
• Analyzing the performance of company brands, markets and competition through available reports
• Analyzing consumer/shopper behavior through available panels and reports. Preparing data for internal and external use
• Proposing standards of minimum/optimal assortment according to the retail formats in cooperation with sales and marketing
• Participating in setting standards for regular and additional positioning by sales channels (planograms)
• Developing (communication with external creative agency and suppliers) and monitoring the implementation of in-store visual concepts of brands in collaboration with the rest of the team
• Planning, monitoring and controlling costs within the business function they perform
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in similar positions in FMCG industry
• High level of analytical skills
• Communication and teamwork
• Responsibility, independence and initiative in work
• Readiness for continuous development and daily improvement
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Advanced English language – C1 level
• B category driver's license
