Senior Salesforce Consultant
As Senior Consultant (m/f/x) you are an expert in Salesforce implementation. You manage projects and support our customers, from start-ups to medium-sized companies to corporations. In the role of Senior Consultant, you will use your strong communication skills, empathy, strategic thinking and ability to give constructive feedback to help shape the further development of Salesfive. You will also act as a mentor to your team members and support them in their further development.

•Responsible for the successful realization of Salesforce projects, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and aftercare
•Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the existing customer base
•Ensure the high quality of Salesfive's consulting services and continuous optimization of processes and methods
•Lead, motivate and develop a highly qualified team of Salesforce experts
This is what you should bring with you:
•Several years of experience in consulting and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including experience in a leadership role
•Proven track record in leading and developing teams and managing complex projects
•Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its features and integrations, and best implementation practices
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts
•Strong customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
•Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are an advantage
